Bought the Zinsser Paper Tiger Triple for my decorator hoping it would make her job easier and therefore, her invoice lower. She is removing woodchip wallpaper in five rooms. It didn't work. She was not impressed. She's gone back to scoring the wall with a knife and soaking the wall with paste-the-wall adhesive to remove the paper. If I could return it for a refund, I would.
