Needed to build fencing to fit brick pillars and low connecting walls so needed to give the timber a coat of colour and protection....protection will be proven over time of course but the product was applied very easily with both brush and roller and dried very fast indeed on dry timber. A second coat (it says one coat but two cant hurt its performance !!) went on slightly easier as you would expect with no signs of overlap or darker patches etc. water based so washes out really easily and the coverage per tub was very good indeed. will use again based on the results i got...assuming the protection lasts and as its a decent branded product i dont see that being an issue.
