Everbuild Everflex 450 Premium+ Builders Silicone Sealant is a top-tier, low modulus, non-corrosive neutral cure ‎silicone that bonds effectively to virtually all surfaces, both porous and non-porous. This high-‎performance sealant boasts excellent resistance to plasticiser migration, making it compatible with ‎both water-based and solvent-based paints. Its superior weathering properties ensure this product is ‎ideal for diverse applications, including internal and external perimeter pointing around PVCu, wood, ‎and all other window frames, as well as sealing and adhering to PVCu and plastic trims.‎

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust and grease. Use Everbuild PVC Solvent Cleaner for ‎PVC surfaces, Everbuild Glass Cleaner for glass, or white spirits for painted surfaces to improve ‎adhesion. Priming may not be necessary, but its advisable to test small areas. For optimal joint ‎performance, maintain appropriate width and depth ratios, using EVERBUILD FIX AND FILL EXPANDING ‎FOAM or a suitable joint backer rod for deeper joints.‎

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Avoid use with bitumen, neoprene, certain organic elastomers, and surfaces that may bleed oils or ‎solvents. Everbuild Everflex 450 is not suitable for painting over, manufacturing aquariums, or as a mirror ‎adhesive. For specific applications, alternative products like AQUA MATE, WEATHER MATE, and ‎MIRROR MATE are recommended.‎
