Bulldog 0246187280 Aluminium Hay Rake

Can't review the actual product as never received it! Ordered about a month ago now and still not arrived and no staff have made the effort to contact me to resolve this matter. I have rung, left messages and emails but nothing. I don't have time to keep chasing this so have written it off if any of your staff could take the time to contact me it would be most appreciated but I won't be holding my breath! My order number is 100170840.

I ordered this as I wanted Quality . Doesn't seem to be the same good old Bulldog standard. The handle was unbranded no manufacturers label and not hardwood like the catalogue photo, and one of the screws on the stay fell out within 15 minutes of use and I had to find a replacement. I sent photos to customer service who assured me it was Bulldog,.

I would not buy this product again . You can buy the same standard for £10 less anywhere
