The metal support between handle and rake head is missing, and I believe is necessary for the longevity of the product. Also, the packaging for shipment was marginal with the handle being fully exposed except for some tape, thus allowing marring of the handle and the i.d. label. I also received a warning from E-Bay saying that my Pay Pal account was possibly violated by Power Tools Direct. That later proved to be false, however, the conversion factor between English Pounds and U.S.Dollars was not clear to me for the total cost of the rake.
