Having recently bought a Faithfull Heavy-Duty riveter kit (FAI HDRKIT) to fix a 5mm rivet fixing on my boat and discovered it would not complete the rivet action despite the indication on the packaging, I then purchased the Long Arm model to ensure it was "up to the job".
First 2 rivets completed successfully. The third suddenly closed but it had not completed the riveting action and the rivet mandrel was still attached. Upon investigation I noticed it did not grip and clearly the internal jaws had malfunctioned. I discovered 1 of the 3 separate jaws had actually broken in half. Not good quality or fit for purpose!

I do NOT recommend Faithfull riveters and it was only the excellent service of Power Tools Direct that promptly acknowledged this a faulty product and immediately refunded my money.
