Soudal Multi Purpose Silicone (Black) is a premium quality, elastic, one-component sealant designed with superior silicone technology. It offers high flexibility and durability for various sealing tasks.

USES:

• Perfect for sealing connection joints between walls and bath tubs or shower bases.
• Ideal for sanitary uses such as sealing joints around showers, bathtubs, tiled walls, washbasins, and toilet floors.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Can be applied using a manual, pneumatic, or battery-powered caulking gun.
• For cleaning, use Soudal Surface Cleaner or Soudal Swipex immediately after application this sealant.
• Finish with a soapy solution or Soudal Finishing Solution before the sealant skins.
• Any repairs should be made using the same material.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Due to its acidic nature, it may affect certain metals like copper and lead.
• Avoid use on natural stones such as marble or granite to prevent staining; opt for Soudal Silirub MA or Silirub+ S8800 instead.
• Ensure there is no direct contact with the secondary sealing of insulating glass or the PVB film of safety glass.
• Prolonged absence of UV exposure may cause the sealant to change color, which can revert under sunlight.
• Avoid contact with finishing solutions on the surfaces to ensure proper adhesion.
• Do not apply the Finishing Solution in full sunlight as it dries quickly.
• Not suitable for polycarbonate surfaces or continuous water immersion environments.
• When using Soudal Multi Purpose Silicone multiple reactive joint sealants, ensure each layer is fully cured before applying the next.
