This lock was a like for like replacement (same make and model) for the previous one that failed but I still regard this as a good product at a reasonable cost.

I was happy with both the quality of the padlocks and the customer service. I chose the cheaper delivery option so had to wait a few days and didn't have a delivery day but as it was sent by post it was left in a safe place and didn't require a signature.
