The company gave good service but the Yale product was not of as good a quality I would have expected. The knob sections are made from two pieces which are crimped together one knob perfect the other was loose, poor manufacture. Another example of modern cost saving design. For me this did not make a difference as I was using it on an old larder door with rim lock so using knob from one side only.
