I bought this paint for use on my narrow boat. With careful application the end results are the same as using conventional marine paint. So far I have used Hammerite on the deck of the stern and am in the process of using it on the roof. If applied too thickly it will chip, but the chips are easily 'mended'. Ease of use and it's durability makes up for it being a more expensive alternative.
