I ordered the products early on Thursday and paid extra for next day delivery. They arrived the following Tuesday. I rang Poweretools Direct on Saturday morning to find out where the products were. No one got back to me either by phone or email. Powertools Direct told me on the Monday that next day meant next working day following the processing of the order in other words on that Monday. I contacted the courier who said that they had not been available for collection until the Monday and they had in fact delivered them within the specified next day. I had arranged for labour and tools to help with the job at the weekend. Forget Powertools direct and get your products from Tesco. At least they guarantee next day!
