Paid for next day delivery. After no confirmation of dispatch, called on day it was supposed to arrive and was told the order hadn't been processed. Finally arrived 3 days later but had to pick it up myself from depot (otherwise this would have been 4 days).
Have left 3 answering machine messages (with no reply), sent 2 emails (with no reply), and finally managed to speak to someone on the phone after several calls. Still waiting on the refund for the service I paid for and didn't receive.
Clearly couldn't care less about customer service.
