Extremely difficult to follow picture instructions on the box, especially Picture No.6 which was too crowded, had too many items, and was too small [magnifying lens needed!]. Not at all clear where the twisty wire was to go [3 people's brains worked it out eventually.
Extremely difficult to put pieces together. Picture 3 needed more muscle than the first two people had. Picture 5. The handle needed much force to fix securely together.
Picture 6 nearly defeated three people. We triumphed in the end, but were exhausted.
We will not be buying another product from Hoselock.
