The goods were excellent as expected, however the service from Power Tools Direct was initially disappointing, owing to half the order going astray with their courier service - Citylink. I had paid an extra premium for express service (ie' delivery within 1 to 2 days) and felt quite let down by the whole affair. Alas! I have to say in their favour, all efforts were made to locate the goods, meanwhile a fresh order was despatched, albeit taking nearly a fortnight to arrive in the end. The missing goods to date have not been located, however without hesitation Power Tools Direct made a favourable refund for the inconvenience caused. I would hence be more than happy to do business with this company again. The initial order went in and within 24 hours I had the goods, well!!!! half of them anyhow.
