Whilst I had to return this product to Power Tools Direct purely because it was not the colour I expected, the service I received from PTD was second to none and very impressive. Great thanks to Simon who went 'above and beyond' and who made the return process straightforward and a pleasure. The refund was credited to my account the next day! Good old fashioned service.
