The ESMOOTH Planing Jig is for flattening, surfacing, planing & trenching work on wide or irregular shaped material.

Features:

• Superb for wider Surfaces, can flatten stock up to 400 mm wide
  
• The depth of cut is easily controlled using the plunge and depth setting on your router, enabling skimming cuts for fine work or deeper cuts for levelling or trench work
  
• Free flowing X /Y axis carriage, allowing back and forth/up & down movement along the skids
  
• Manufactured from High pressure exterior grade laminate for strength, accuracy and durability
  
• 12 mm stainless steel cradle support to support routers up to 7 Kg without bowing
  
• FIXED POSITION CRADLE Cradle can be locked to the bars for single axis movement such as trenching cuts
