Everbuild Weathermate Sealant Clear 295Ml

Everbuild Everflex Weathermate (Clear) is a multifunctional sealant designed to withstand harsh weather. Its formulation keeps it permanently flexible and allows it to be used in damp conditions, even underwater. Ideal for outdoor use, Everbuild Everflex Weather mate dries clear to accept most paints and stains. Available in clear, black, or white, it adheres firmly to a range of typical surfaces.

USES:

• Roofline Applications: Bitumen, lead, and galvanised steel are just a few of the challenging materials that Sealant sticks to well.
• Window and Door Frames: Perfect for filling in perimeter gaps, especially with timber frames that may need staining.
• Guttering: Fits all gutter system types and can be sealed and joined.
• Crack Filling: Helpful for patching up fissures in slates, tiles, and stone.
• Weatherproofing: A strong lap joint bond makes this ideal for external sealing applications including metal and composite roof and wall panels.
• Repair Work: This can be applied to general industrial metal panel bonding and to enhance weatherproofing over current sealants, putties, and mastics.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Ensure all surfaces are free from flaking materials, dust, and dirt. For optimal adherence, clean glass, metal, and aluminium with a solvent cleaner. Apply with a conventional sealant gun, angled at 45 degrees. Especially on damp surfaces, tool down immediately after application to guarantee good bonding. The sealant cures in approximately twenty-four hours. When cleaning tools with uncured substances, use Everbuild White Spirit; cured material should be physically removed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Compatibility: Not appropriate for indoor usage or in food processing facilities; exterior usage only. Use with care on natural stones that could react with the sealer and in aquariums.
• Use over bitumen or asphalt may result in staining, particularly with translucent and white grades; this does not affect the product's performance.
