Everbuild Expanding Foam Gun Grade is a quick-setting, polyurethane-based foam that expands significantly upon application, yielding up to 50 times the original can contents. This versatile foam can be cut, sawn, plastered, and sealed over after approximately one hour. It's perfect for filling irregular gaps, fixing frameworks, insulating, and soundproofing. Designed for professional use with Gun Foam Applicators, this product ensures precision and efficiency.

USES:

• Gaps around pipe entries through walls.
• Gaps around window and door frames.
• Electrical wire chasing prior to plastering.
• Deep joints before applying sealant or plaster.
• Irregular gaps in stone, brick, concrete, or plaster.
• Timber structures and door frames.
• Window sills and thresholds.
• Insulating behind cladding on exterior walls.
• Behind soffit and barge boards.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Ensure all surfaces are clean, sound, and free from dust and loose particles. Moisten surfaces to be sealed with water to assist the curing process.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Carefully read instructions and text in the warning box before use.
• Do not over-pressurize the container.
• Always apply above 5°C. Clean spills immediately with EVERBUILD FOAM CLEANER.
• When using the Everbuild Expanding Foam Gun Grade, always clean the gun thoroughly with EVERBUILD FOAM CLEANER until the jet is clear of foam.
• Leave the canister attached until the gun is to be used again.
• When using, always remove the nozzle from the can and clean immediately after use with EVERBUILD FOAM CLEANER.
• For fire-rated joints, use EVERBUILD FIREFOAM B1 in conjunction with EVERBUILD FIREMATE intumescent sealant.
• Once cured, dry foam must be removed mechanically as no solvent will remove the product.
